Drew McIntyre marked his current contract with WWE in April 2017, promising him a steady yearly pay of $550,000. In addition to his fixed payment, McIntyre earns an extra $500,000 through different means, including stock deals, rewards from PPV occasions, and other points which takes his yearly gross compensation close to around a million.

PWInsider Elite reports that, despite McIntyre's current standing within WWE, a new contract has not been reached between the two sides at this time. Should McIntyre and WWE not come to an agreement, it would mean McIntyre would become a free agent immediately following WrestleMania 40.
